Nothing Missed Home Inspections

I recently had a home inspection done by Samuel from Nothing Missed Home Inspections, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness. The entire inspection process was extremely detailed — Samuel took the time to look at every aspect of the property and explained his findings clearly. The final report was exceptionally well organized, easy to read, and included a ton of high-quality photos that made it simple to understand each issue. It gave me full confidence that nothing was overlooked and helped me make informed decisions moving forward. A friend recommended "Nothing Missed". Merely a few weeks after the inspection and our closing, we discovered 1) a broken truss 2) a/c leak in the attic 3) and a HVAC tech fell through the drywall in the ceiling. I reached out to the company via phone. I was told someone would look into things and get back to me. I never received that promised call. So then I sent an email requesting a partial refund which was more than fair under the circumstances. Crickets. Now I'm wondering what else they missed. And now I know why they insist on a check. UPDATE: despite the reply to this review and several calls and an email to the office, I have not received any satisfactory resolution.

From the moment I called gor an appointment my experience was pleasant. They accommodated my schedule. Also explained my options and price . Our inspector Samuel was a true professional, on time, and introduced himself in a friendly manner. He was extremely knowledgeable, informative and willing to answer questions. I highly recommend them and would use him again

Your Company did a very Through inspection on the Property. Because of such work I decided not to move forward with the Salt! The project needed 250k to start. for the Price tag of 4M it was not worth my Money.The owner was not going to negotiate the price at all. I tried that so it was best for me to walk away.
