Nova relocated and redid our Kitchen and Family Room. They were very professional throughout the entire process. They took care of everything from plans, permits and licenses, civil, electrical and sanitary works to municipal inspections. The result left us very satisfied and we recommend Rafael and his team 100%.

OVERVIEW I engaged Nova Design Builders to remodel a one-bedroom condominium in July 2022. The projected timeline was 6-8 weeks. As of mid-March, the project was still ongoing. SITE OBSERVATIONS Several times I found no workers in my unit, ONE worker laying tile, one lone worker mopping with dirty water. Though I supplied air-conditioning filters, I arrived to find the air conditioner running with NO filter or filters dust-caked choking the HVAC. LACK OF MILESTONES/DATES Nova never provided a valid timeline for milestone completion. In March, five months after the project began, I was forced to spend $350 at an airport hotel. WORKMANSHIP 1. Bathroom sink faucet was installed to the right of the handle, to the extreme right of a long sink, and 5 inches from the bottom of the sink basin.

Rafael and Armando led this project for me. The quality of the work was as promised and i'm very happy with the outcome. They were always responsive and often went above and beyond to help me, as I was living abroad at the time. Thanks Nova team!

DISAPPEARED. We had Rafael Davila come to our home. Spent time going through the designs, providing surveys and documents that were requested. All that time and effort for him to completely ignore us and disappear. I called and sent follow up emails. But Rafael just ghosted us. Completely unprofessional. Update. We were contacted by Rafael after this review was written and after 2 months, all I received from him were excuses and a request to remove this review, but nothing actually substantive. Nova Design Builders were responsive every step of the project. My deadlines were tight and they always met them. When they committed to a day and time, they always made it. The workers were respectful and kind..we worked very well together as a team. I would highly recommend Nova Design Builders, LLC.
