Mr Mark and his team came this morning and finished my drive way paving. Did a very good job and finished within 3hrs. I strongly recommend his company and crew members.
Mark and his team came out a few weeks ago to pave our driveway. Looks great. Was able to complete ours in one day. Was very quick to get us on the schedule and answer all the questions I had.
From the start I appreciated the great communication, Mark answered my call, sent someone out for the estimate, went over the work with me, and answered all questions and concerns quickly and consicely. We got the job started within a week when other contractors were telling me months. Driveway looks exactly as we hoped, my home was left clean and free of debris, incredibly happy with the end product and how smooth the entire process was. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will be using for future projects.
Update: One year later the company has not yet given me a time for sealing. It is now to a point that the originally-agreed-upon sealing price might be too low but all could be avoided should the company follow up closely with the sealing schedule. I contacted several companies to resurface my driveway. NOVA Paving Industries provided a reasonable quote and it has the best rating across different platforms I checked. I could feel that NOVA was really confident about their work as it did not send someone to check the worksite, but provided quote and recommendation based on photos I sent. NOVA showed up the day and time they said they would. It was a small crew of five people. Once onsite, the people began working immediately. They spent 4 hours to complete what others said would be a one
The Jones are good people. They helped redo our driveway when we were away and tenants wanted help. Later after two years they came back to help fix a separate dip. Now, that is what I call customer service. The old-fashioned family-owned business model which likes to make lifelong customers. I am coming back here for all my future patio and driveway needs.
