Perfection isn’t a word I throw around lightly, but that’s exactly what I got from Tiago Pessoa’s company Nova Service Fl Corp. He pressure cleaned, painted my roof, house, trim, Sealed my brick and pavers, and resurfaced the driveway. I looked at reviews, homes the company had painted, and got estimates from other companies. His work is extraordinary. Strangers as well as neighbors have stopped me to comment on my house and ask for the name of the company. He put me in contact with people who made other improvements and I’m convinced that final result has raised my property value. I cannot recommend him enough. I’ve included below the photos I’ve just taken and those before shots to show what he had to work with.

This company deserve 10 stars. From the beginning to the end Tiago was very professional. His work is very clean and neat. He took his time and make sure everything is done correctly. We love the paint color (Grays Harbor). Its like it gave our home a face lift. He also pressured washed our roof. Our neighbors thought he painted it as well that's how new our roof looks. By far one of the best companies we've done projects with. I highly recommend hiring him, you wont be disappointed. Tiago and Nova recently painted my home. Not only did they paint the home, they pressure washed my screened pool enclosure, travertine pool deck, driveway and also sealed the pool deck. The entire job turned out beautiful. My wife and I couldn’t be happier. Moreover, the cost of the entire job was less than all the quotes we received for only painting the house. We have recommended Tiago and Nova several times since they did the work in our house.

I have been using Nova for 3 years on a number of properties I own from large coastal homes to small 8000 square foot office complexes. Thiago and his team has never let me down.
