Nova VIP Cleaning

I had an amazing experience with Nova VIP Cleaning Company. They did a tremendous job cleaning my apartment — everything was spotless, sanitized, and looked brand new. What really impressed me was that they didn’t just clean, they also took the time to organize and make everything look neat and put together. Amanda was the one who handled my cleaning, and she was outstanding. She was professional, thorough, and very detail-oriented. You can tell she truly cares about the quality of her work. The price was very reasonable for the level of service provided, everything was completed in a timely manner, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend Amanda and Nova VIP Cleaning Company to anyone looking for top-tier cleaning services.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. (Location Fort Lauderdale) I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with this company. The man I spoke to on the phone was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and honestly gaslit my roommate instead of taking accountability. Here’s what happened: We hired this company for an apartment cleaning that cost $130. We fully planned to tip $30. However, during the cleaning, we felt uncomfortable and underwhelmed by the quality, so we initially tipped only $10. After the cleaners left, we did a full walkthrough and realized the apartment was clearly not cleaned properly: • Couches were never moved • Dust and dirt were still on the floors • Areas under furniture were untouched • The kitchen counters were not properly cleane

I was extremely disappointed with this cleaning service. I had to tell the lady to vacuum my staircase and I had to give her my vacuum and ask her to clean it. She did not wash my dishes that were in the sink, did not clean my countertops and my toaster had crumbs on top. I had to again tell her to clean my dining room table and it was obviously dirty and had crumbs on the table. My bathroom still had hair/dirt and she barely cleaned it. She left the garbage and broom she used which was mine and left it dirty. She obviously did not mop because I still had hair and dirt on my floors. I have a bean bag and she left the bean bag on my couch dirty and didn’t even put it back where it was. I have attached all of the pictures.
