We had an excellent experience working with NOVO. From the very beginning, they were professional, communicative, and incredibly easy to work with. The project was clearly explained, timelines were realistic, and everything stayed on track. The quality of workmanship was outstanding—attention to detail, clean job site, and pride in their work really showed. Any questions or changes along the way were handled quickly and transparently, which made the whole process stress-free.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Company allowes employee to drive company vehicle (#604) recklessly home in Bastrop Co.
Their drivers do NOT pay attention to the road. They are much more interested in their cell phones. They are a hazard.
