Novo Roofing

This is an honest and transparent review! We just bought a new home in Coconut Grove and we were recommended various roofers for a complex repair on our flat roof. There's was an active leak from the roof (turf covered concrete) down into our master bedroom which needed fixing ASAP. Out of everyone that came to quote the job, Novo Roofing were by far the most professional and quite friendly as well, we instantly got off on the right foot. We hired them and the rest is history. The workers that came for 5 straight days were some of the nicest and hard working people we've ever met here in Miami but they were also super knowledgeable! Chilo and the crew were great. Nick was always upfront with what was needed with my roof. Once the permitting process was completed (NMB always takes time), Work was started the next day. Everything completed in 4 days including replacement of the soffit. I was recommended with this company from a new neighbor who has done multiple roofs with Novo Roofing. The roof looks outstanding.
