This is Jim. One of the many wonderful people who work for this company! I can’t recommend their service and products enough. From inspection to installation to use the geothermal system that was installed at my home completely satisfied us. The system surprised me with how quiet it runs and how effortless it is to operate. It’s so similar to my old oil furnace I forget I am a proud owner of an all electric home. And now, besides heating my house, I have central air conditioning. All for the same price. Their office took care of all the paperwork including the permits, licenses and rebates. My electric company is a cooperative of which I’m grateful for. Had a big project done at the end of 2025 with NP- a geothermal heat pump with a vertical well. My overall experience with the team at NP has been very positive. They handled a really tough timeline with the end of the year and had two excellent installers work the week of Christmas. When we had an issue with the well drillers, who I've given a separate review on, Nick was responsive and understanding which was all I asked for. Thrilled with the overall performance of the system. Would highly recommend both the switch to a heat pump and using NP as your installer.

NP Environmental came to repair a small leak in our office geothermal heat pump. From the office to the technician, they were professional, and responded quickly to our repair. They showed genuine care in us as a customer, communicated well and we felt that we were well served at a reasonable price. Thank you to Trisha and Andy, you were outstanding!

We rebuilt an old camp on a lake in the Adirondacks where we used to have to huddle around the fireplace or gas stove when the weather turned cold. We looked at several options before deciding upon NP Environmental to install a ducted Mitsubishi air source heat pump HVAC system along with a heat pump water heater. We made our decision based upon the quality of the equipment, reputation of the company, price and professionalism of their people. We had NPE install a Mitsubishi ASHP system last September and were very impressed with the entire company. Nick did the engineering work and his crew did the installation. Everyone was very professional and a real pleasure to work with. They tried to accommodate every request we made and did an outstanding job. After burning wood for many, many years it was a bit of a learning curve to get used to the system but, we are very happy we did it. We now have the added benefit of AC in the summer as well.
