The worst drivers. I have never seen one of their trucks operating safely. Every day between their yard in Curtis bay to Hanover st bridge you can find these guys cutting people off and going double the speed limit racing just to stop at 711 and sit on the side of the road for 45 mins.

Terrible customer service. Abby set up our first appointment. They never showed up. Two weeks later, I'm woken up by Abby calling 3 times in the span of 10 minutes before 7am on a Saturday morning, asking if they can come in and perform the work NOW. Before we even agree to let them do the work with zero notice, the crew is banging on my door telling us we need to move our vehicles. The crew ended up needing to cut a hole in my drywall. They were completely unprepared to deal with the resulting mess, and I still have a hole in my wall. Thanks NPL!

Should really train your employees how to drive a company vehicle. Short blonde hair lady speeding down Ordnance Rd., changing lanes with no signal while doing her make-up. At least she wasn't on her phone, I guess... - The Motorcyclist Update: 6/14/18 Just watched one of their drivers in a pick up truck tailgating a little elderly woman that looked to be confused with what exit she was taking. As he continued to tailgate her while she was trying to get back into the road, he was blowing his horn, and giving the poor little lady the finger. Great company. BGE hired this company to do work on my house and they did a very poor job. They left a crack in my foundation that caused a leak. They just informed me that they were not liable for the damages and the poor work they did which is absurd. Do not hire them to do any work on your property.
