N&S Property Maintenance

We use N&S Property Maintenance for snow removal and grass cutting for our short term rental in Empire . The work they do is fantastic. Fair prices too. They're responsive and communication has been great. I email Scotty and he responds in minutes . Awesome!

We have a large contract with Huntington Bank for land and snow. Scotty services his local Huntington for land with us and we've used him for a year now. He picks up his phone and returns calls. Reliable company and they go the extra distance!

N&S Property Maintenance did our spring clean up this year. We couldn’t be more pleased! Scotty came out and gave us an estimate with la ight dusting of snow on the lawn. He came to do the work as soon as the weather allowed. They are very reasonably priced, hard working, have high standards of workmanship, and are very communicative. So nice to work with someone that does a great job for a fair price AND communicates.

Scotty & the team at N&S Property Maintenance did a great job in addressing some tough landscaping cleanup issues at my mother's property. It was very overgrown & needed some major clean up. They work diligently to get it under control & looking great. We plan to use them for ongoing maintenance in the future. Great work!
