Would rate zero if I could. Went in to purchase several Kohler toilets and faucet fixtures. I prefer to support local businesses whenever I can. The woman who seemed to be the director for purchases ignored me. When I asked if she was the person who could assist me she told me she could but also had several others she was serving (no one else was there). She acted like she could care less, told me I had to come back with a certain measurement and made some nasty mumbled comment when I said I’d return with the specs. On my way home I decided to do business elsewhere. Will never return.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and did everything they could to find a very obscure part for my circulator pump. We didn't find it but boy did they pull all the stops in trying! I would absolutely recommend this business to any handyman, assembler, and average Joe DIY
