N&S Supply in Brewster

I'd give zero stars if I could. Their website boasts about how they are "committed to exceptional customer service" and that "going above and beyond is an everyday occurrence at N&S". The customer service I experienced was rude and condescending. An N&S saleswoman ordered the wrong size fixture for my renovation and the showroom refused to take it back and exchange it for the correct size. After months of trying to reason with various staff, I had to take N&S to small claims court. N&S agreed to reimburse me for only half ($1200) and made me keep the unusable vanity. REALLY??? "Exceptional customer service" would have been to reimburse me in full and then sell the vanity to someone else, especially after I purchased over $7500 worth of fixtures from them. Our water heater leaked and Kathy and the staff at N & S we so helpful in walking us through the process of having the warranty honored. We are so grateful for their help and attention they gave us.

I took apart a shower valve in a Brewster apartment building it fell apart in my hands the closest supply besides home depot which I don't trust was n&s supply I went there nervous because it was an old shower valve I took pictures and showed mike the counter guy he had all the parts I needed to get shower up and running again ,very happy with service and speed out the door , thanks guys!!

Outstanding product service and support, was even advised how to contact mfg. direct for free replacement part. Honestly goes long way, thank you..
