I hired Nulook to complete a couple of driveways, and while their sales and service teams were responsive and professional, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The on-site crew appeared careless and failed to meet the quality standard the company promises. Shortly after installation, noticeable issues began to appear. Asphalt began to sink and form craters within the first year, and during the job, fresh asphalt was carelessly spilled onto brand-new walkways and home equipment causing permanent damage to personal property. Despite attempts by the service team to address concerns, the work itself simply didn’t hold up. Nu-Look has completed several projects for us. From meeting with Dan on site for the estimate process to the tear out and installation of new asphalt driveway has been seamless. The details during preplan and setting the gravel base has shown excellent quality in proper water management. Quality is spot on along with the customer service you will receive.

Nu-Look Seal Coating Company, LLC did an amazing job on my driveway and was very reasonably priced. Kathy was a great communicator and always kept me updated. I will be a returning customer for future seal coating!

Unfortunately, I can not recommend this company to anyone. We had our driveway paved in November 2017 and have been left with a crumbling mess. The end of my driveway seems to be crumbling each and every day. We will soon be left with a very large pothole. The entire driveway is soft, it never really hardened up. It's been almost a year and still scuffs very easy. We even paid extra to have road top for extra durability. My husband has called Nu-Look several times. He finally received a call back from Fred, who was supposed to come and check out the problem. Fred never came by or called us. When you are spending this much money you expect better service.
