Nu-Way Kitchen & Bath

I am not a person who typically writes reviews because I am not an "online" person, BUT I could not NOT mention the amazing customer service from Nu-Way!! We are not having them do our bathroom remodel, but we did purchase our tubs and fixtures as well as the diverters there. The day we went we had stopped at Ferguson in Troy first...we were not acknowledged when we walked in and nobody approached us for the 20 - 25 minutes we were in the store....I knew 5 minutes in we would not do business there. Drove to Nu-Way, walked in and the young lady at the front desk was friendly and asked us what we were looking for so she could direct us, which I think is so sweet because you can see a good 80% of the store and the different display areas when you walk in. Nu-Way did a complete remodel our bathroom—removing the tub and installing a beautiful no-barrier shower. Rachelle and Steve did an amazing job designing and suggesting what would be great in our tiny bathroom. We took it down to the studs where they found disintegrated studs and a floor that was not correctly supported. Everything was so amazing and the confidence I have in everyone at Nu-way makes me wonder where to start…they have personnel that are experts in every area a homeowner could need. Whenever a something unexpected revealed itself, like the rotten wood, sagging floor and pinched wires, the people were there who knew how to make it right.
