Nu Era Heat is a god send to my business. After 16 years with my Energy Logic heater, the head unit and pump had to finally be replaced. I was able to converse with both John and Joel. They were able to help determine the exact parts necessary for the repair and helped ensure everything would arrive in a timely manner. Especially with the temperatures in the high teens and low 20s. Once the parts arrived the install went great. There were a few questions as the head unit has been redesigned and I had a slight issue with priming the system. After conversing with both John and Joel once more, they advised me on exactly what I needed to do to get the heater up and running again. I ordered a energylogic el200h waste oil heater through them and have been extremely pleased with it. Heats up my non-insulated shop extremely well! The guys at NuEra Heat are very professional and helpful! Highly recommend!
