Mor rented a drain jetter from Rentalex of Pasco and Mor kept it and would not return it. Called serveral times trying to get our equipment back but he never answered and never called back. Rentalex had to fill out a failure to return item with Pasco county to try to get it back. Customer had an uber driver return the equipment for him. Mor still owes Rentalex alot of $ and has an open case with Pasco county. BEWARE he is NOT an honest and loyal guy.

They have integrity, and credibility. I had Nuru do some work for me after hurricane Helene. Everyone was slammed busy. Originally I thought the quoted price was a couple hundred more than it could have been. But they were Johnny on the spot. They were there when I needed them, not 2 or 3 weeks later. Mor worked into the night on a weekend to make sure our work got done. When there was a minor issue with something I wasn't tickled with, they took the extra 30 minutes and made sure I was satisfied with the work. They may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend this company and would gladly call them again for my plumbing needs.

Sadly everything started right with Mor and his company, but it turned out that he is not trustworthy when it comes to backing up his work and warranty. 6 months after we paid him $1,500 for a brand new water heater installation the aforementioned water heater broke and after a couple of weeks of me calling him and texting him, I was able to get a date on the calendar for him to take a look at the heater for him to completely ghost me and never showed up. After that he never answered the phone to us or responded to our text messages. I used a different phone to reach out and I was able to get him on the phone so I knew then that he was just ignoring me! So be very careful when using this company. Good Luck.

I can’t recommend this company enough! Family owned, local business that goes above and beyond in every job they get. Mor came out quickly to fix my kitchen plumbing and install a new fixture. He was very professional, polite, and his work speaks for itself! Thank you again, you have my business for life.

So, like a previous review, I, too, got left in the dark by Mor. I hired him to do a rough plumbing and an LP gas line install because of the good reviews. I will say he worked hard but then, after finishing the plumbing, he completely ghosted me on the gas line install. Luckily, all I paid him for was the plumbing (for which I never received a receipt) but as I proceeded with the final plumbing things I began to notice how shoddy his work really was - a leaking main water shut-off valve, a tankless water heater that he sweated the fittings on so it can never be back-flushed, water and drain lines that I had to redo because of poor fitment, etc. All I can say is beware!!!
