NV Kitchen and Bath - Falls Church

Project went smoothly with the bathroom renovation. Bathroom looks amazing compared to what it was before. Completely revitalized and added value to my place. The team and staff at NV were very nice and updated me on everything happening with the project. I am pleased with the final product and recommend them for your next renovation.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. A six month project took over a year. Terrible communication. Terrible organization of materials and labor. Terrible oversight of subcontractors. So many things were done wrong, that I had to point out or fix myself. Terrible job maintaining a clean site. The final punch list should have taken a couple weeks, and it drug on for about 3 months. The project manager left the company. The subcontractor stated to me that NV had not paid them for work already completed. I served NV the Notice to Cure letter, which gave them 30 days to finish the project (roughly 1 - 2 weeks worth of work left). They did not even attempt to complete the work, so I terminated our contract. Now I'm left to hire a new GC or handle the completion myself . . . including final

We had our master bath completely remodeled. The work itself was excellent, and I truly appreciated the design and decor selection: they were helpful, professional, and we were quickly able to negotiate a fair price. We did the update at the beginning of the pandemic (March/April 2020) and the design staff and especially the in-home workers were all very clean and careful. We had looked at about 4 different renovation companies and NV Kitchen and Bath was far and beyond the best of them: experience, professionalism, quality, and most importantly (to me) price!

They say a kitchen renovation is one of the biggest investments (and biggest disruptions) one can make in one's home, and I'm glad to have chosen NV Kitchen and Bath for ours. While work has not yet finished, we're impressed with NV and love our new kitchen so far. To be clear, this process has still been *hard*, and fairly stressful. For our project, it included months of discussions about design and financing, tearing down part of a wall, and replacing 700 square feet of carpeting with new hardwood flooring. NV has handled it all, which has been huge for peace of mind working with one contractor from concept and design through demolition and construction. Emily, who finished our design from NV's Falls Church location, was great about responding to questions and talking us through option

Loved working with my designer Natalie. She was so patient and helped guide me as we redesigned my kitchen! I was nervous doing a remodel in a small condo kitchen, but it turned out great!
