This is a great place to dispose of yard debris and the in and out process is simple. I routinely use this as a disposal site and I never have any issues. You pull onto the scale, wait in your vehicle, the light next to the weight reader board will eventually flash red then green, then proceed to dumping area. After dumping, hop back on the scale for a light weight. When they signal, you leave your vehicle on the scale and hop out and pay at the window. I’ve only had the credit card machine down once in many years, causing me to write a check (no biggie!). Hours are typically up to date online but call ahead on a holiday to make sure they’re open.

A great service ( as in utility). And excellent for locals of aumsville to be able to utilize. However the lady working the booth there was the rudest woman with the least amount of job she needed to do for me. 10-3-24 was my first visit even after living in aumsville for several years. Instead of being friendly she treated me so rudely. Throwing her hands up because I didn't know I didn't have to pay since I was from in town. Honestly should be a 1 star if even that. She should be fired but I'm guessing she's holding on for retirement. Worst customer service interaction I've had in years considering her only job was basically to ask me to pull forward. I was just too much work for her.

Excellent quality mulch. Great experience from ordering by phone to a perfect delivery. This team is very professional and a pleasure to work with. Our organic garden loving neighbor (who is super picky abput her soil) suggested them. What a nice environmentally and socially responsible businesss to support!

We get a delivery once or twice a year to a farm in a community our company helps manage. I called Recology to get a copy of a receipt that was washed on accident and Patty was so amazing, attentive, and fast at getting me my copy. I can't thank her enough for saving us when we needed it!

Ordered compost after going on site and looking at what I thought would be delivered. What I ultimately got was full of glass and plastic. It also smelled like trash and the smell stayed on my skin. After using it for a small garden bed I decided it wasn't worth spreading all over my other garden beds because I hated working in it.
