Vlad was our choice for a nearly a full interior remodel. He provided us with a detailed proposal, cost breakdown, and updated our budget/cost breakdown after selecting all materials. He is kind, professional, and on top of his work. He did not compromise quality and he ensures any subcontractors work directly through him to make it convenient for you, the customer. We first remodeled our bathrooms and quickly hired him to redo our kitchen, laundry room, then master bathroom as well. All work was permitted and he ensured all subcontractors were licensed and insured. I could not recommend a better contractor, and I speak from experience with bad ones.
