Mike was extremely knowledgeable about my Turkish rug and ensured it was handled properly. His team picked it up, deep-cleaned it, and returned it in perfect condition. The entire process was hassle-free, and my rug looks amazing now!

Not happy. Overcharge and POOR cleaning of my Asian wool rug. Still not cleaned 8x10 cost $1220.00. Look up how much average cleaning of a rug is in NY. This guy does not get it done. Be careful with them they tell you one thing and do another. He told me it would take 2 weeks. PU on Monday and called on Wed said it was 60% better. I would need another $450.00 for color restoration. The guy who picked up said they would spot clean and advise on Friday. I called to verify after PU next day. They never called they cleaned rug and left with some of the spots still showing. It is still not done $1220.00. All a waste of money and overcharge. Stay away

I though my thirty year old 10x14 silk rug will be thrown already. I tried calling this rug cleaning service to check if they can do something to restore it. They arrived on time and inspected my rug. They patched up some small holes and did some fringing on the sides. After, they used water extraction cleaning process on my rug. They totally saved my day. I don’t have to buy a new silk rug. Thanks guys! I highly recommend them for the job!
