Nyberg's ACE - 12th & Kiwanis

This happened Monday 8th December 2025 at around 5:30 pm ish .The moment I walked in the door the cashier puts his attention on me. As we walk not even 20 seconds in hes legit walking right behind me. (he leaves from hes cashier Point of Sale). Dude I know your paranoid and all but you legit follwed me into an aisle, stood there ,stopped and starred at me right behind me. I could hear you walking and breathing the whole time. Not only did I know you we're behind me but I knew why. You are not that slick. You are not quite. Was that really necessary?!?! What is wrong with you? Seriously get some help Dude. I asked you as I turn around "How you doing today?!?! " as you're inches away from me, cleary YOU needed the help. "I asked you wheres the spark plugs?" I asked that so you could leave

I was just in there, and I am in a leg brace. I was having trouble and a young man named Alex, I think, was showing me where something was. Instead of making me cross the store he went and got what I wanted and brought it back. This kind of customer service is why I keep coming back. Thank you Ace!

This is a company with DOUBLE STANDARDS!!!! They let other people set up in there parking lots like seafood trucks, food trucks, metal signs etc.etc. we called and asked permission ( talked to a Christi ) she said it is a liability and they can't allow it. By the way we are bonded, and licensed through the police department ( peddlers permit ). We told her this and made no difference.... thank you for supporting small buisness!!!!!!

I brought in about a dozen knives and hatchets to get sharpened. Unfortunately, they couldn't do any of them because they were too large. But they did get me a number to a place that might be able to help me. Very polite folks with a high degree of professionalism.
