I made a reservation for my elderly father at this location and paid in full prior to his arrival. Despite this, when he went to retrieve his car, the valet insisted multiple times that he had not paid, saying things like, “How am I supposed to tell my boss that you did not pay?” My father, who is not very familiar with technology, showed the attendant the receipt from the app I had downloaded onto his phone. The payment and receipt number clearly confirmed that the reservation was paid. Yet instead of checking the system properly, the valet caused my father unnecessary stress and frustration. They took our reservation and charged our card, but when we showed we were told that they were full and we should call corporate Monday so that we could transfer for another day. Total ripoff.

Scratched and scuffed my passenger side mirror. Even took the time to delete the dashcam footage of when it happened. The damage could be polished out but a new low to delete dashcam footage.

I dropped off my car on 9/3 at around 7pm and picked up the next morning at 1am. While the gentleman who checked me in was friendly the guy with whom I picked up my car was extremely rude. An older African American. He had a really bad attitude and when I asked if the entrance was also the exit since their setup is confusing he rudely said that “he knew it all an if he parked the car there it was because it was the exit”. This is just an example to his rudeness. He was also rude with other customers. He clearly hates his job and should be feeding lions instead of working in customer service. I hope management (if existent) can take some action.

Do not park here - reserved a spot on SpotHero and ended up paying twice as much because the garage said I had an oversized vehicle even though on the app that is listed as 180inches 15ft. I have a small minivan not even close to this size. Also the credit card machine wouldn’t process three of my credit cards so I had to go get cash.
