This garage is unprofessional. Lifts have fallen and crashed on top of other cars entirely and sliced mirrors off. They also have damaged cars and pop tires attempting to store vehicles on their unsafe car lifts because they don’t know how to drive in small spaces. Some of attendants are not good drivers and they always are losing keys because they could not care less if your car is damaged or gets stolen out of this facility. Beware!
Used Spot Hero to reserve spot and arrived on time to be told that parking lot was full. I said I had reserved a spot and have confirmation. Attendant told me it happens all the time which I found unbelievable..! Don’t park here expecting them to honor your reservation..!😡
No customer service at 10pm Saturday to help with my problem so I can not pickup my car
