If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Bad management. We got monthly parking in the valet section, the cheaper option, ($275 vs $325). You're supposed to call at least an hour ahead. I would reserve a day before, and still give an hour lead time so they can move cars out if the way. Yet, when I arrive they are just sitting in the office. One guy sits in his car with the engine running (indoor garage mind you). I've had monthly parking for 5 months and it's been like this every week. When you ask why it wasn't ready they either give you an attitude or ask why wasn't it on the white board (which we also put). When they eventually get your car out. They expect gratitude like they did you a favor. When I'm now 20 min late after giving an hour lead time. They even scratched the car. But

Disgusting service at the valet parking level. They lost our car keys, and refuse to even address the situation. The staff is rude and dismissive, and the management doesn't pick up the phone or return phone calls. Only leave your car there if you don't care about your property. They have placed cameras on both levels, but refuse to access them to check what happens when issues arise. We have had so many issues with this company, and only park here because street parking is difficult in the neighborhood. If you have the time and patience, park anywhere but here!!!

Constant problems which never get resolved! Management which can't be reached and never returns your calls or emails, cameras in the garage that don't work, door which is constantly breaking requiring you to park outside despite paying close to $300/month for a parking spot, inept attendants who instead of helping you question your statements and tell you it's not their problem. This is really one of the worst parking garages in the city and it's a shame they haven't been ousted out of the building yet.

They were told by the building on early December that the garage will be closed on Jan 1.Took their sweet time to let us know only today. Could have let us know sooner.
