To begin with, the company's platform made booking the job seamless and provided all the information I needed to see as a customer so clearly. Secondly, Momo was great at establishing and maintaining direct communication with me throughout the whole process of the job (from booking, scheduling, and follow-up). Lastly and most importantly, the job was done well. William (the main guy assigned to the job) was meticulous and made sure the job was completed correctly and that the premises were left in the same conditions (if not better) in which they were found. For the past 2 years, every time I looked at my front porch,I cringed 😖.it looked so bad.I had been seeking power wash quotes since March 2023,but all the contractors wanted exorbitant prices. Two weeks ago, I was led to NYC POWERWASH. Words cannot adequately express how grateful I am for Mohamed and his Team. Within minutes of contacting him, he replied right away.
