I recently had to switch oil companies after my previous provider was sold without notifying me, and the experience with them afterward was extremely unpleasant. Finding Nydam Oil company turned out to be such a blessing. From the very first interaction, George was professional, responsive, and genuinely kind. The transition was smooth, communication has been excellent, and I feel so much more confident and taken care of as a customer. Switching to Nydam was one of the best decisions I’ve made — I only wish I had done it sooner. Highly recommend!

We’ve used this oil company for several years and they have always been courteous and kind, even during stressful times like this past week. Our delivery driver, George, tried three separate times to make it up our icy driveway, keeping us informed each time and advising us so we wouldn’t run out of oil. Once the driveway was safe, he came back again and successfully delivered — always patient and never frustrated, only concerned for us. Also, it is so nice to call and speak to real, kind humans. Dana was great! We called Nydam Oil as soon as we woke up today and our heater didn't work, it was very chilly in the house. After sometime, he arrived and fixed the heater while teaching us about the heater maintenance, additionally he already knew our house. We really enjoyed having him over in helping us fix our heater and will contact Nydam for future issues. Current Nydam customers! Highly recommend for anyone having issues related with heater/oil tank.
