I hate to write this kind of review but maybe it will help someone else. Made an appointment to get a Ring doorbell installed. Had 2 electricians from OD show up, one was the main guy, one appeared to be a student learner (essentially stood and watched the whole time). I got a bill for over $500 FOR A DOORBELL INSTALL (I supplied all parts) , none of it itemized. I called and find out they charged for 2 electricians when a doorbell install only needs 1 person. Spoke with the manager who agreed to adjust the bill but that is insane to double charge for a 1 person job and to not itemize the bill (didn't list how many hours they were there x hourly rate, etc). The electrician who installed the doorbell was very nice and competent however it makes me wonder what is happening in the office/bill

Requested service on a basic wall receptacle, received no call back to confirm the appointment, technician arrived at our door at 8 Am and says I am here! No mention of what the trip charge will be or confirmation of the appointment! Technician was at the house for 10 minutes and charged 120 dollars!

Not reliable, ended up coming late due to slow driving .. had to call back a few times as well . hope this helps !!

I really like OD Miller. I have had them out a few times to do work on my house and never been disappointed in there work. I recommend them for any electrical work that needs done.
