Not only do we use this company and have great turn around time on outages, but I had above and beyond great customer service today. I had a flat tire headed north on I- 35 and immediately an O G & E employee, Brandon, pulled over and changed my flat for me. I had been driving all day with my 1 and 7 year old boys who were restless and cranky. I am unbelievably grateful for this Good Samaritan for all his help today!!
My boss has been requesting and waiting for service to install a new 15 ft line, for over a month now. Not that hard. They keep pushing the date back and making excuses
Worst customer service I've ever received.
