I came ONLY for diagnostics. My car was kept for about 1.5 hours, creating the appearance of a thorough inspection. The result: • $95 charged for “diagnostics” • no diagnostic report, no test results, no explanation provided • instead, I was handed an estimate for nearly $3,000 in repairs It felt like this process was simply: hold the car → charge a fee → push an expensive repair. There was no proof that real diagnostics were performed. The document provided is not an invoice or receipt, but just an estimate, with no signature and no detailed breakdown. Fully qualified for the job. A few years ago had an issue with the A/C on my Land Rover Range Rover Sport and OA Auto Parts handled it without a hitch. Fast forward the A/C on my Cayenne kept leaking refrigerant. Brought it in and they diagnosed it was the evaporator which meant about 13 hours of work as to where it is located. They replaced it with no issues, but a week later I had the same problem. Took it back and was diagnosed that the part was defective, they replaced it again and I'm back cool in this Miami heat. I have only excellent things to say about this establishment.. I mainly dealt with Silvio Castillo.. extremely professional and very easy to talk to.. they came very highly recommended and they were exactly what I was told they would be which is extremely competent professional and fair which is what everyone should be looking for.. I will definitely pass to work to my friends and relatives if they ever need air conditioning repair

Silvio Andrés and the whole team are super cool people and very responsible! I’ve been working with them since 2020 and they fix all my cars specially classics. I recommend this place to anyone that has an AC issue. Pricing is great and the customer service is the best.

My AC was having issues and three different mechanics gave me 3 different solutions. Prices for the solution ranged from a few hundred to several thousand dollar. Silvio and the rest of the team at OA, aside from being very professional, diagnosed the problem in a few minutes, fixed it the same day and my AC has been working since all while saving me a lot of money.
