Oak Knoll Pottery is an absolute gem! The studio is warm, inviting, and well equipped (lots of glazes to choose from). Amy is an incredible teacher who brings so much passion and expertise to this place. She is patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping each student grow. Her love for pottery is contagious, and she creates such a positive and inspiring atmosphere.

I’ve been taking classes with Amy for 3 years now and she is a fantastic teacher. She is honest with you and genuinely wants you to grow. She is patient and truly wants the best for you and your learning experience. Oak Knoll Pottery is clean and well organized. There are plenty of studio amenities that are convenient and well maintained. There’s a FANTASTIC park behind the studio that’s great for walking breaks and windows to watch the sunset as you throw. Amy also has pottery starter kits if you need to purchase one. It’s a convenient location and there are food places nearby. It’s the best place to be if you’re looking to play with mud! 😍

Wow! We took the mini lesson on pottery with Heather for our anniversary. I highly recommend this experience to anyone. Heather was fantastic! Super knowledgeable, very helpful when we needed a helping hand Lol. I am looking forward to do more classes with her. I can’t wait to go back!

This studio is clean, organized, spacious, and has a very welcoming and calm atmosphere. I've been to two other pottery studios before and this one has the most organized system with the most diverse set of properly cared-for tools available for students to use. There's also a nice break room and plenty of parking. It's a peaceful area and the students and staff are all super friendly and supportive. I take classes with Amy and she is an incredible teacher who is very dedicated to the art - she has a wealth of knowledge that she is eager to share with her students and she does a fantastic job teaching. Oak Knoll Pottery is a wonderful studio. Amy Lancaster is an amazing teacher and is a truly talented potter. She is kind, patient and has a terrific sense of humor. Potters of all levels are welcome. Throwing did not come easy for me, but with way Amy’s guidance, I feel more successful everyday. Her studio is large, well organized and has all the tools a potter needs, including many beautiful glazes to choose from. The classes are very welcoming, and the other students are a joy to be in class with. I visited another pottery studio before finding Oak Knoll, and I was truly disappointed in the lack of direction and the chaotic atmosphere at the other studio.
