Oakwells is my favorite pool company, the people are amazing!!! First we had a meeting with Jason, who was knowledgeable about all the products and he gave us the pros & cons to not just the products but the maintenance as well. He allowed us complete control over the look of our pool and made an image of it to show how it would be. Once we finished our selections Danielle handled our permitting and city queries she was very transparent about what was needed from us and kept us informed about the process, any time I’d call she answers or she would email me back in the same day! Her response time to all inquiries were either same day or the next day. Danielle was on it and she had an answer for whatever questions I had. Now that it’s finished, our backyard has become the go-to spot for family time, barbecues, and weekend fun. The family is in the pool at every opportunity.
