I had an extraordinary experience yesterday with Oasis HVAC. Our upstairs AC was out and they arrived at 11am to repair it. The problem was the motor and it needed to be replaced. They didn't have a replacement motor. Dylan took the time to figure out a solution. They fixed the AC, tested both the heat and AC. Additionally, they replaced the air filters. We have had other HVAC repair technicians in the past and no one took the time to properly repair the upstairs unit. They made sure everything was neat and clean and even took time to be kind to our dog, Petey. Great work, very kind people.
