My heater started failing randomly (it was 22 years old) and Oasis came by the very next day. I did have to replace the entire furnace, but they tried everything they could to get it running before getting to that point. They scheduled a replacement the following morning and gave me a great price for it. They were also very open about the whole process, the price point and maintenance after installation. Thanks again!

Came out same day I called to diagnose furnace problem. Explained the problems, furnace needs replacement. I asked if there were upgrades to choose from, they felt my situation wouldn't benefit from advanced features. Furnace replaced by two friendly, professional technicians the following day. Everyone involved kept me informed throughout the process. I didn't shop for a better price. It seemed fair. They had replaced our AC unit a couple years ago. I would have given 5 stars if I had shopped their price and found it to be competitive, but I didn't bother. It's cold, I needed heat.

Damir (their technician) arrived on time on a Sunday (no upcharge re service fee ). Damir is clearly very very experienced w furnaces, particularly American Standard furnaces. He diagnosed our issues quickly and then remedied our problem. He made additional recommendations for minor changes that will improve efficiency & performance of our furnace. I’m really pleased w Oasis Heating’s approach -their service fee was fair ($165) & their tech, Damir is very very competent and experienced. I highly recommend using Oasis (& we will use them again if we have any HVAC issues in the future).

Oasis Heating was amazing when my furnace died unexpectedly. With freezing temperatures coming, they offered fast, knowledgeable solutions to get my heat back quickly. Mike, the owner, went above and beyond by FaceTiming and texting to walk me through options and make sure everything was done right. I contacted several other companies, but Mike was the most attentive and showed real urgency when it mattered most. The technicians were polite, arrived on time, and left no mess. My furnace was shutting off after a few minutes and I needed someone to come out same day. I was able to call at 5am and get an appt for 830 which was amazing. The tech was amazing and was able to explain that my previous company had sold me a way oversized furnace and that a screw was disrupting the flame. He was able to fix the screw issue and then turn down the gas so that I can continue to use the furnace as is. Overall I was very happy with the service and the thorough explanation and will be using Oasis in the future and have already recommended them to friends.
