SCAMMER: We hired this pool contractor after being promised our pool would be completed within two months. We paid half of the project cost upfront, and the excavation was done on July 3rd. Since then, they completely disappeared. Through our general contractor, we kept being told they would come “soon,” but every date they gave us was never respected. When the owner, Misael, finally came to speak with us in person, he was extremely rude. When we told him that treating customers this way is unacceptable and that we would never recommend his company to anyone, he arrogantly replied that he “doesn’t need us to get clients.” He kept saying “you need to leave me working I have other projects to do”😂 As of November 1st, the situation is still a disaster. No one has taken responsibility or off

Nice guy but after they get they’re money you will not see or hear from them anymore excuses after excuses yes my pool is swimable but a lot of issues from plumbing not being secured plumbing also has one of my jacuzzi jets is sucking water instead of blowing also pavers moving down and shifting up to 2” down not transparent about finish pool cost an additional 5k extra to pass inspection his pavers guy did a terrible job and haven’t heard any responses in months DO NOT HIRE cannot even install baby fence because the holes were not drilled out look at the pictures cheaper isn’t always better Misael showed me that

Misael was refered to me by word of mouth, and it has been a sincere joy to work with him. He has answered every call, explained every next step. My pool is now done and I could no be happier my kids, grandkids and family are ready to enjoy this. THANK YOU MISAEL & STAFF

Stay away from this people : not only they were not able to do our pool, they gave us fake promises and left the job unfinished after 6 months of waiting which resulted in our property damage. On top of that they stopped answering and ghost us till we had to find someone else and loose our initial payments ! SCAMMERS

I wan to thank Misael and his Oasis Pool team for the cuality and speed which they built our pool after obtaining all the construction permits in just 22 days we were already enjoying a beautiful pool so i can also add that at all times there was excellent communication and very friendly professional treatment. For all that has been said I highly recommend to Misael and his team giving them five stars.
