Oasis Water Wells

08/21/2024 I put $4500 down to have a well drilled on my property. Almost a year later (6/15/2025) no well, only excuses why Tom can't drill my well and that's if you're lucky to get hold of them. It's very risky to be scammed by Tom Shelton and Shelby Brewer. Save yourself the headache and money, go with a different company.

Do not use this company! If I could give them zero stars I would! They asked for money up front to be scheduled and I gave them money as they requested to be scheduled. They never showed up to survey or stake the property not once but twice! We waited for them for over an hour in the heat! They will not answer my phone calls or text messages they send all my calls to voicemail which btw the mailbox is full!! Imagine that!! They are frauds and scammers!!! Keep your money and go somewhere else!

I would say Oasis water well is wounful they. Owner just surgery. Triple heart bypass not yet went to work waiting for him to get back to work he going to drill 10 wells for me So get better better Tommie shelton. I. Well make sure u are I send all of my family friends. And law enforcement officer to get a well. Drill from you get better better soon

These people lied about what was wrong with my well. They quoted me a $300 service fee, plus $200 an hour, plus parts, which we did not need. They said it would take all day. Another company came out and fixed it in an hour and a half and only charged me $280 total, and that included parts, Service charge and labor. Beware of this company.

These people will run you around and nickel and dime you and cut up your old parts and systems and try to replace every single component whether it needs it or not, constant issues with employees and equipment breaking down, they do not finish on time, they will not show up when they say they will, and if you give them any lip about it they will leave your infrastructure cut up to pieces and threaten you for more $ and abandon your job - beware of this company - we paid them up front on everything they asked - spent multiple weeks asking them when water would be turned back on, if we showed any ounce of frustration he would come out and say we have to replace something else and ask for more money and refuse to do anything til the day after he receives money - just choose a reputable compan
