Obear Construction does great work at an affordable price. I handed Bob Obear and his team a rundown wreck of a house and they gave me a safe, warm, beautiful home to live in. His crews are incredibly hardworking and pleasant (they even snuck in a few little favors for me, but don’t tell Bob ;-)). Bob is pleasant to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and very fair. This job ran really smoothly--he even made the construction job easy on the neighbors! A good company and an asset to the community.

Bob made us a beautiful apartment…soup to nuts. He has been such a help for us. Bob has the ability to understand my vision…..and make it come true…Love what he’s done and great to work with him….

POST Owner Comment: I moved because of your management team. I moved because of the mice, the constant issues, and lack of general respect to tenants. You promise things and they never happen. I moved to a more expensive community because they actually do what they say they will do.... To be honest, I wish I could say better things here with their rental units. Although they look nice...Renter Beware. Miller's falls is a long ways a way from being a destination. If you don't have a car; don't stay here there is ZERO night life. My biggest issue here was that they don't really care about residents and just skip over finer details. Their office staff used to be great but with some recent additions; it was the reason I left.
