A 30 minutes job to install a water heater pressure expansion tank which charged me an hour labor said to include drive time! Which only is a 3 minutes drive from their shop! Disappointed. Overcharged and refused to provide itemized bill to avoid transparency!

I would have given more stars, however after repeated attempts to have them answer some questions and provide an itemized bill, they have been radio silent for months. Very poor customer service in the billing and contact department. Fortunately, they were quick to respond to my leaking water heater, but that has been the only positive thing so far.

We had an issue with the shower handle not turning off, so the water kept running. (did turn off all the water at the main) We debated about calling the emergency number or waiting until they opened in an hour. Called the emergency number and was told that they could probably get a tech there shortly after they opened. Matt arrived before 7:45, and was able to resolve the issue - after having to drill out the screw & parts inside. Not a job for my handy husband. Thanks to a job well done!

They did a great job. Price was higher then quoted, but we needed it done. Excellent timing and craftsmanship. An asset to the Mount Joy Community!!!! We won't call anyone else!

If I could give 10 stars I would! They provided quick, honest service to my parents after another local company provided horrible service! From the initial phone call my parents had water pressure again in 3 hours! Top notch!
