Had a new HVAC unit installed today. One of the best and easiest experiences I’ve had with a company. Randy came over and helped walk us through everything from questions, quotes, what we were looking for, etc. As any good consumer should do we had another local company (I won’t name who) come and quote us a similar unit. It was a horrible experience and nothing like the customer service Randy and Obermanns provided. Super easy paperwork and the installation took less than a day. The crew over at Obermanns does nice clean and professional work. They even flipped my unit 180 degrees during installation to make it more accessible for maintenance going forward.
