What an awesome company. They were here within 20 minutes. Fixed the issue quickly. And they actually had someone in the office to answer the phone. Unlike the 15 other places i called. I highly recommend them. Professional work. Reasonably priced. Cleaned up before they left. Definitely a professional job. Paul was awesome.

We called O’Brien Plumbing & Heating for issues with our water softener. Jim was fantastic at explaining all the options we had for repair, and even showed up the day after a major snowstorm to get the entire job done in one day. He walked us through everything that was done, and all that was needed to maintain moving forward. He was excellent and very courteous. Thanks again!

I contacted O'Brien Plumbing to perform an annual service on my furnace. Jim the technician showed up right on time and he was very professional. During the service Jim explained what he was doing and gave me tips on things to do to keep my furnace running in good order. After the service Jim pointed out things he saw with my water filtration system, hot water heater, water pipes etc. He explained how everything works, and gave me additional tips on how to keep everything running in good order. As a new home owner I really appreciate Jim educating me on these items. I am very happy with the service from Jim and O'Brien Plumbing, and I will definitely be using them for all of my plumbing & HVAC needs in the future.
