O'Brien's Plumbing & Heating

Our experience with this company has been very disappointing. In the middle of winter, during 10-degree weather, we were left without heat for several days because service was not provided in a timely manner, despite the urgency of the situation being made clear. More recently, the tub spout in our bathroom rusted and broke off, leaving us unable to shower. A call was placed by our landlord over 36 hours ago, and there has still been no response. The lack of communication and urgency in addressing both emergency and routine issues raises serious concerns about reliability. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services.

It is my opinion that this company is owned by a rude man that gaslights and threatens anyone that shares feedback if their experience was negative. I would not personally recommend this company to anyone, ever.

Service was quick and efficient! I needed hot water and I got hot water with no headaches or issues. 5 star service. Highly recommend!

O'Brien's Plumbing service was excellent. They replaced my old boiler with a new more efficient unit. They even walked me though the Mass Save rebate process. The technician, Brian, that came to the job was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
