Observation Gallery

Very cool place to explore. We stayed in the nearby hotel and took a shuttle there. Even my teenager daughter enjoyed it there. There are many banks by the panoramic wondows and you can watch the airplanes land and take off. Not crowded at all. Wish every airport has such a deck.

Such a great place to pass the time! My brother-in-law's flight was delayed and instead of leaving him to wait out the hours by himself my wife and I stuck around to explore the airport. I know, doesn't sound very fun, but this area was very fun to explore. It was a bit like a museum and it was cool learning about the different parts of the plane as well as the history of BWI.

Most relaxing area I’ve ever been when in an airport. Away from all the airport buzz and provides an amazing view of takeoffs and landings.

Why would you make a beautiful observation gallery that you can’t access from inside security? We had a long layover and delay and would have loved a nice peaceful place to sit and wait but I didn’t want to go through security again with 2 kids and you can’t access the gallery from inside the airport. Very irritating.

It's nice, except for the airport employees on break taking the good seats available, talking loud, watching loud TV on their phone,and the one sleeping on the padded bench...
