Called Maytag for a washer repair appointment Maytag set me up for an appt your service the next day from 1-6. I never received a call and no one showed up I called Maytag, they put me thru to your services phone number, but I got a voice mail but could not leave a message because the voice mail box was full. Called Maytag again and got set up again for an appointment the next day. I was told I would be called by someone from your service with an estimated time of arrival. No one called, so at 330 I called Maytag who wasn’t able to get thru to your service either. They gave me your phone number to try myself. A very king gentleman answered the phone. Horrible experience with Oscar’s Repair! I have been waiting almost one month to have my Ref/Freezer repaired by Oscar. He does work for Choice Home Warranty & has lied to me about ordering parts & today he tells me he is not going to repair my refrigerator because Choice Warranty is not going to pay him enough money. I am an elderly widow and do not appreciate being lied to, putting up with a repairman that has a horrible attitude. Will turn him in to BBB or do whatever it takes to prevent him from taking advantage of another older or younger person. Robbie Riley ( McAllen, Tx) No stars deserved!

A negative score for sure! Extremely poor service! I purchased an extended warranty plan for a refrigerator. Whirlpool directs me to this place and from the beginning it was obvious that he did not want to come to provide services! Complained about everything, finally texted that he would text an hour before coming the next day. Never showed up! I called and he said GET ANOTHER VENDOR!

Horrible customer service and extremely unreliable. They were scheduled to come out to service an appliance between 9 AM and 12 PM and never showed up. Earlier in the day, they texted to confirm they were coming and even asked me to provide a proof of purchase receipt to verify the warranty, which I did. Four hours later, I still hadn’t heard from them, so I called. “Oscar” (who I believe may be the owner) confirmed they had me on the list and assured me they would come out. By 4 PM, they still hadn’t shown up. I called multiple times and even texted, but never received a response. I finally contacted my appliance manufacturer, who originally scheduled the service, and they informed me that OC Appliance had rejected the order because it was outside their service area and did not cover mil

If I could give zero stars, I would. OC Appliance Repair company was called because our dishwasher was making a louder noise than usual when it washed the dishes, but otherwise worked fine. The repairmen were late, they were rude throughout the entire job. They claimed they changed the motor on the dishwasher for a brand new one and stated they fixed the dishwasher. I asked if they tested the dishwasher to ensure it was quieter than before. They responded that they would not wait, that I had to test the dishwasher myself. I pleaded with the two men that it would only take 2 minutes tops to determine if the loud noise was gone, as the noise started immediately whenever the dishwasher began. They reluctantly stayed for the two minutes then left, as the dishwasher appeared to be quieter. T
