OCB to the rescue yet again!! New homeowner here with 20+ year old equipment. Water heater went out in the snow storm this weekend. Everything with OCB has always been a breeze from communication with scheduling to price point. Cody & Jeremiah did an amazing job replacing my water heater. Fast, knowledgeable, and polite. After multiple issues with another retailer resulted in a week without hot water. The team at OCB plumbing had reached out to me. They went above and beyond to help me get a replacement water heater purchased and installed all in one day. Best part was total cost with OCB was actually cheaper than the other store!! These people are the most honest and trustworthy plumbing company we have ever dealt with! Very nice employees, did great work and charged an honest price, unlike other plumbing companies in town that try to charge thousands of dollars for a few hours of plumbing repairs. Would recommend to anyone!!

I called due to a leaking kitchen sink drain pipe. They came early the next morning, as promised. The job was a challenge but they finished quickly and the repair was done very well. No mess left behind. Very satisfied!

Dishwasher install through the Mart, could not complete the job due to technical issues but they were great about being clean, polite (even through the complications), and keeping me informed. Highly recommended! Shout out to Scott
