OCD Plumbing

Jason is my plumber and he’s always on time and communicates with me and he’s the friendliest guy I know. He’s always fixed everything in a timely manner and never leaves a mess. I would highly recommend him and I’m definitely gonna continue using his services

OCD Plumbing replaced my old water heater with a new one. They replaced the unit that had been in use for 20 years at a price lower than I expected, and they did a thorough and excellent job. They also fixed the gap in my sink that I was worried about. If you're hesitant due to the cost and need a reliable plumber, I highly recommend OCD Plumbing.

Jason did a great job replacing my water heater. He was very polite, had great communication with quoting, scheduling, and arrival time. He was also quick and efficient getting things replaced, while still paying close attention to details.

I am not completely sure of his services, but I called and we scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. I later had to text him to follow up about the appointment, and he informed me that "he had three jobs ahead of mine and that he planned to reach out to me because he will be moving Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday into our house, but I'll back back and forth to Antioch so I should be able to get to you tomorrow afternoon". I heard nothing so called and texted him on Friday regarding a toy stuck in the toilet, but I received no response. I am very big on customer service.

Jason did a wonderful job resetting my new toilet and taken out the old one. Also done a couple other things for me...Great Communication, Fabulous, A++++++++++... He will be in my speed dial going forward for anything Plumbing..Will also be scheduling him for more repairs coming in the distant future....Thanks Again Jason (OCD Plumbing)
