Samsung recommended them for my refrigerator and I can now understand why. They were very professional. I called and they came out right away The same day they evaluated and diagnosed my exact problem. They came back out a few days later when the parts arrived and installed them. Straightaway they had my Family Hub smart refrigerator back to Normal from that power surge that we experienced. They did a great job Very friendly staff, very professional service. I spoke to the manager directly. He was very outgoing and very professional friendly. I will definitely use them for all of our future appliance repairs in the future. I saw that they have some negative reviews on Google but the current manager has it turned around. The staff there have hired the very best in the industry. I definitel

Daniel from Ocean Appliance was excellent. He worked diligently to diagnose my washing machine issue, explained everything clearly, and even showed me how things work so I could better understand it. He was professional, patient, and very warm and friendly. I truly appreciated his thoroughness and highly recommend him.

Technician was great. They came back to fix a previous repair that only lasted 5 months. Sorry. Parts only have a 30 day warranty they said. Another $360 repair. The original parts lasted 3 years. Too bad for me. Not happy. Nice Technician.

Ocean appliance went above and beyond in their services to our family ! My refrigerator was making a terrible noise. I called and they were able amazingly enough to have a service person come that day. He was friendly knowledgeable quick and efficient! They ordered the parts and were able to have everything repaired in short time! I highly recommend them !

Horrible Service, I do not recommend this company at all. They first cancelled our first appointment the day before the service and had to reschedule. We set up another appointment. Confirmed the appointment 3 different times prior, with one of the days being the right day before the service at 4pm. Our appointment was set from 8am to 12pm. The day of the service, the tech wanted to confirm again if someone was home so they called at 10:45am for Yet Another confirmation. This time the phone number they called from showed up as a SPAM CALLER ( how convenient ) , so we did not pickup the phone. At 11:15am we called to make sure someone was showing up, but Since no one answered the phone, they cancelled the appointment. That being said, we are going to make another appointment but sure
