Ocean Enclave by HGV Parking Garage

Not our favorite anymore. New guests are confused by access on elevators, scanning room card on key pad and choosing the lit lettered car A,B,C, etc..... Staff needs to show new people how it works! Also, concierge sales tries immediately to sell a timeshare upon arrival, not cool! Update Feb 3, 2025 Front Staff need to be trained on courtesy to guests. Will never stay again. However, the Valet, Housekeeping and Market Staff are all great. Former review Jan. 2023 Relax in an ocean suite. Ocean front or view... has kitchen, laundry, balcony, to 8 pm market, breakfast and lunch with 1-2 bars depending on time of year. Inside heated and outside pools and hot tubs... soooooo beautiful. Family or couple Near Bowery, Boardwalk. 0.5 mi to Skywheel. 2 miles frim Broadway at beach shopping

Very pleasant, comfortable, and contemporary rooms. Location was on walking distance to attractions and grocery store. Felt comfortable and safe going with 3 families with more than 10 kids under 12. Only thing was our rooms were not all ready at checking and the lady checking us in said it was not a guarantee checking at 4 pm and couldn't give us an eta.

This parking area for Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Enclave Myrtle Beach. It's well-maintained, and you have the option of valet parking or self-parking, which is convenient. However, finding this place was frustrating because of misleading information from some Google reviews. Clearer signage or updated information online would make locating it much easier. Once I found it, though, everything was fine. A smoother process for first-time visitors would make this a five-star experience.

We enjoyed ourselves so much. Had never been to Myrtle Beach, and it was a pleasant surprise!!! Beautiful views, great beach and food!!!
