Matt is a very good salesman but is the worst person I have ever dealt with. He refuses to give you his mobile number so the only way to get him is by email or leaving message at the office which is closed most days. If he calls which is very rare it says "No Caller ID". We first met in January 2021 and after asking for references many times over months finally gave Matt he go ahead in July 2021. He lead us to believe it would be a few months before he would start since he was busy. After a few months i said winter is coming and he said not to worry he had big heated construction tents and worked all winter . Every few months I would check in and he never gave a us a start date.
