Ocean State installed our new system ~ 1 year ago & did a fabulous job. Working with Ocean State Air Solutions, from the sales person, Brandon, who was terrific, to the installation managed by Tom, has been excellent. As with any new system, some tweaking has been needed for optimal function during the initial year but Ocean State has been quick in sending technicians (usually Tom) to quickly & efficiently resolve our concern. I would absolutely recommend them!

We are new to owning and operating our mini split system, when we started smelling something musty when operating one of our splits we called Ocean State Air and spoke with Amber, she was very helpful and suggested we schedule a cleaning service. Matthew Henriques our service technician provided advanced notice of his arrival and was very courteous and friendly. He explained what the process was for cleaning and answered all our questions during the service. Matthew made sure he cleaned up after the service like there had been no one there. We definitely recommend Ocean State Air for your heating and cooling and follow up service needs.

The Ocean State Air team did an amazing job from start to finish replacing my HVAC system This is well run company with dedicated professional employees My 25 year old HVAC system at my house in Portsmouth, RI needed to be replaced because it could only heat my house to 60 degrees in late January 2025 when outside temp was single digit. A sales person Chris, came to my house and did a full evaluation of the heating needs of my house and gave me a written detailed proposal with 3 alternatives within a day. After reviewing the proposal I selected the Bryant Evolution Heat Pump with Variable Bryant Evolution Furnace and signed an agreement.
