Always a top notch customer experience. Mike visited our home today to diagnose a sound coming from our Viking refrigerator. He was determined to have a solution to the issue and in very little time he was able to find and fix the the issue. I can't believe this company gets good reviews. I used them for a Viking Refrigerator Recall , the first tech that came to my house couldn't reattach the door so he called his boss (Danny) who when he arrived at my house I could tell he didn't want to be there he attached the door and was getting ready to leave when I told him the door was all crooked and he said that I needed a new door seal. I have PSEG contacts on all of my appliances so I called them and said I needed a new door seal, which the tech replayed that I didn't but replaced it anyway and the door was still crooked because I was told that Oceanic did not attach it correctly. I called Oceanic 6 times trying to get them to repair my door and was told that Danny said they did the recall and were not responsible for the door. I c

Mike (Oceanic repairman) came by and assessed the problem. He fully explained the process of getting the parts and scheduling a following up. Once Mike and the parts came back, he was truly professional and fixed the problem with no hiccups. He was very knowledgeable and very courteous. He put my mind at ease. Highly recommended. New oven arrived from Viking with enamel missing from several spots in the interior of the oven, as well as a scratch to the stainless on the oven door. Jason came to the house twice, first time addressing the enamel, second time to replace the door. Jason was on-time, courteous and just genuinely happy to be doing his job. A pleasure.
