Very honest and hard working family run business! Called and they were able to come out on a Saturday! Great customer service all the way around from first call to in person service! Will be using them in the future if needed for all my appliance needs!

Highly recommend this repair shop! My refrigerator was fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. The technician was knowledgeable, polite, and honest. He explained the problem clearly and didn't try to upsell unnecessary parts. Great service, will definitely use them again!

What a blessing! I had an amazing experience with this appliance company. Another company that I will not mention came out and never came back. Oceanside Appliance Services came out within 24 hours and quickly fixed my washing machine. They were professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. My 80 year old father loved them! He was here at the time of service. The whole process was smooth, fast, and stress-free. My washer is up and running. I was so impressed with their service that I will abosultely be using them again for any future appliance repairs and I would refer them to everyone! Thank you Oceanside Appliance Services!

Blake and Samantha were great. Showed up on time and was ready to work Did a great job cleaned the dryer vent from the back of the dryer to the outside. Cleaned up nicely and put everything back in its place. Will definitely use them again.

UPDATE 12/10/25: I’m changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star due to the following: I called Oceanside for a Maytag washing machine repair. I paid a $95 service fee, and was told they would have to get me a quote for the repair. Two days later I received a quote of $966 to repair it (quote included 4 hours labor). Before I proceeded, I contacted Maytag to see about it being covered under our warranty, since the washing machine was only 4 years old. Maytag service tech came today and repaired it within 15 minutes for a $30 part. I was without a washing machine for 3 weeks due to all of this. I don’t know if the repair man didn’t know what he was doing or if he was trying to rip me off- either way, BEWARE!! Prompt, great customer service & communication
